What is the deposit and when is the balance due?

A 30% deposit is paid at booking to confirm the date. The remaining 70% is invoiced after the session is completed. For splittable bookings, the balance is invoiced after the final session day.

Can I cancel or reschedule?

Free cancellation and reschedule up to 48 hours before the session. Within 48 hours, the request is routed to the operator — most situations can still be handled, but the deposit may be retained if the slot can't be refilled.

Can I split my hours across multiple days?

Yes — 4-hour bookings split across 1–2 days, 6-hour across 1–3 days, and 8-hour across 1–4 days. Useful for protecting energy, matching outfits, or spacing content across a release calendar.

How do I pay?

Stripe Checkout handles the deposit. The balance invoice is sent by email and payable via bank transfer or card. Both support iDEAL and all major EU methods.

How many people can be in the studio?

Up to 4 people total, with a maximum of 2 on camera at once. Duo interviews and solo+operator work equally well. Larger crews can be discussed, but the room is calibrated for small, focused shoots.

Can I bring a guest or crew?

Yes — a producer, stylist, or a guest for interviews is welcome. Just mention it ahead of the shoot so the room is set up for the right number.

Do I need to bring anything?

Your outfits, any props that are brand-specific, and a rough outline of what you want to cover. The studio provides everything else — coffee, water, teleprompter scripts loadable from a USB stick.

What if I run over my booked time?

The first 15 minutes are on the house. After that, overtime is billed at €55 per started 30 minutes. Confirmation is asked before the clock extends so there are no surprises.

Can I arrive early to set up?

Arrival is 10–15 minutes before the booked start, which is enough to mic up, get coffee, and start on time. Earlier arrivals can be arranged if back-to-back bookings allow.

Not by default. Subtitles are discussed before booking and quoted separately based on language and length. A standalone subtitle-only service also exists for clients with their own footage — €20 per short, €45 per long video.

Short-form includes no revisions by default. Long-form includes 1–3 revisions depending on finished length (1 under 20min, 2 for 20–45min, 3 for 45min+). Extra revisions are +50% of the video's price each.

Typical delivery is 5–10 business days from footage upload. Rush delivery can be requested and is quoted per case — usually a +50% surcharge for 2-business-day turnaround.

On editing orders only: 4–7 videos in one batch get −10%, 8+ videos get −20%. The discount applies to the whole batch, not per video.

If the edited footage was filmed at the studio, an additional −20% applies on top of the volume discount. It stacks automatically once the linked booking is marked complete.

One professional full-frame open-gate camera is the main body. Open-gate means a single take can be cropped to both 16:9 and 9:16 at full quality. Several B-cams (DJI Pocket 2, Insta360 Go Ultra, Insta360 Link 2 Pro, iPhone 15 Pro Max) cover secondary angles.

Yes — the white-stone wall and green screen are pre-lit and pre-framed for 9:16. Any other setup also crops to vertical directly from the main camera's open-gate file.

Typically 2–4 distinct setups per half-day and 4–6 per full day, depending on how much outfit / style changing is involved. Setups are switched in minutes — nothing is fixed in place.
