2. Bookings
A 30% deposit confirms your slot. The balance is due after the session. Cancellation is free up to 48 hours before the session; within that window the deposit is non-refundable.
3. Polaroid orders
Orders ship within ~7 business days. Free NL shipping. Because polaroids are personalized, the right of withdrawal does not apply once production has started.
4. Liability
Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the relevant service. We are not liable for indirect damages.
5. Governing law
These terms are governed by Dutch law. Disputes will be submitted to the competent court in Breda.
