What we collect

Name, email, phone (booking & order forms)
Company name and VAT number (optional, only for business invoices)
Shipping address (for polaroid orders — collected by Stripe Checkout)
Photos you upload for polaroid orders
Session cookies for sign-in (no tracking)

Why

To deliver our services (booking, production, shipping) and to meet legal obligations (bookkeeping, VAT).

Retention

Account data as long as your account is active. Invoices and payment data for 7 years (Dutch tax law).

Who we share with

Only the processors below, all GDPR-compliant with DPAs in place:

Stripe — payments
Supabase — database and auth (EU region)
Resend — transactional email
Bunny.net — photo storage and delivery
Vercel — hosting and cookieless analytics

Your rights

Under the GDPR you have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict, port and object. Email us and we'll respond within 30 days. You may also file a complaint with the Dutch Data Protection Authority.
